Shruti Nagvanshi
Founder & Managing Trustee, JanMitra Nyas

Shruti Nagvanshi is an Indian activist dedicated to advancing the rights of women, children, and marginalized communities, including Dalits and Adivasis. As the Founder and Managing Trustee of JanMitra Nyas, she leads initiatives in education, health, legal aid, and community development, empowering communities at the grassroots level and fostering social justice and inclusion.

She is also a co-founder of the People’s Vigilance Committee on Human Rights (PVCHR) and the Savitri Bai Phule Mahila Panchayat, reflecting her lifelong commitment to human rights, equality, and community mobilization.

Her work has received national and international recognition, including awards such as the Rex Karmaveer Chakra (Gold) and the Public Peace Prize.
